Originally from Paris, Kentucky, Peyton developed an early interest in wills and trusts during law school, where he found the work both engaging and meaningful. That interest grew into a passion for helping families protect their legacies and navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence. After graduating from law school, Peyton began his legal career working for a fiduciary company, gaining hands-on experience administering trusts and managing estate matters. While this role provided a strong technical foundation, he realized he wanted to work more directly with individuals and families—guiding clients through the estate planning and probate process with compassion and practical insight. He decided to join Dixie Law Group, bringing valuable fiduciary experience that informs his thoughtful, real-world approach.

Peyton’s practice centers on probate and estate planning, where he is known for his ability to connect with clients from all walks of life. He believes every client shares a common goal: protecting the people they love, and he takes pride in helping clients understand their options and feel confident in their plans. Before beginning his legal career, Peyton was a collegiate football player at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky — an experience that instilled discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, running, and spending time with his wife, Haley, and his daughter, Madden.
